What data is collected

This site collects a single piece of personal data : the email address you voluntarily provide to sign up for Ti Mai Lan's newsletter. No other personal tracking takes place (no user account, no profiling).

Why this data is collected

Your email address is used solely to inform you of Ti Mai Lan's news : new releases, concert dates, announcements. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Data retention and hosting

Unlike many sites, newsletter sign-up does not use an external emailing provider (such as Mailchimp or Brevo) : your address is stored directly in the site's database. It is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and deleted on simple request (see below).

Cookies and third-party content

The videos, playlists and Instagram posts embedded on this site (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram) only load after you deliberately click the play button : no cookie from these platforms is set until you have started playing a piece of content.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your email address, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
